FAR EAST TRADING operates a vacation rental and monthly apartment rental in Chitose City, Hokkaido.

Currently, we are experiencing high occupancy rates throughout the year, and we are deeply grateful for our guests’ continued patronage.

Allow me to briefly introduce our facility.

 

Premiere is ideally located for access to various spots in Hokkaido

 

Our guests primarily visit for business, sightseeing, golf, and skiing purposes.

 

Business travelers mainly come for assignments at companies in the Koyodai district or at Lapidus (a semiconductor factory).

For tourism, guests use our facility as a base for visiting Lake Shikotsu, Chitose Roadside Station, Sapporo, and surrounding areas.

Many guests whose main purpose is touring Hokkaido choose our facility because it’s only about 13 minutes from the airport, making it extremely convenient as a base.

The facility is also used as a base for accessing the numerous golf courses in and around Chitose City.

 

Moreover, the area surrounding our facility is rich in nature, with the expansive “Aoba Park” natural park within a 6-minute walk, allowing guests to experience Hokkaido’s nature up close.

There are two convenience stores within a 3-minute walk, ensuring easy access for shopping needs.

 

 

Stays from 7 days onward

In recent years, hotel prices and price of land in Chitose City have been continuously rising, making extended stays quite expensive.

However, at our facility, you can stay for 7 days for approximately 50,000 yen (subject to change).

We accept bookings for stays ranging from 7 days to yearly contracts.

Guests only need to bring their clothing, toiletries, and laundry detergent to start living comfortably right away.

Introduction of Premiere Interior

 

The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, and television. We also provide a selection of books for your leisure time.

Smartphone chargers and extension cords are available for your use.

The room has excellent natural lighting and includes a balcony, which is ideal for hanging laundry to dry.

 

 

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed for cooking.

As shown in the photo, we provide a cutting board, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, spatulas, dish sponge (which will be replaced with a new one), dishwashing liquid, disinfectant alcohol, and a frying pan.

Items not pictured include pots, a salad bowl, plates (about 4 types), glasses, cups, an electric kettle, spoons, forks, chopsticks, and cooking chopsticks.

We believe this should cover most of your needs, but we plan to add more items over time.

However, for hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that you provide your own seasonings and condiments.

 

 

 

There are two bedrooms, each with two beds.

The bedrooms can be separated by a door, ensuring privacy for our guests.

We provide both heavy blankets and light blankets (towel blankets), so you can stay comfortable even on cold days.

 

 

The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, clothes drying rack, laundry net bag, and hair dryer.

We kindly ask that guests purchase their own laundry detergent.

 

 

 

The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, air conditioner, television, and a pouf (a Moroccan-style cushion).

The room is spacious, measuring approximately 21.5 square meters (equivalent to 13 tatami mats), providing ample space for your comfort.

The dining table can accommodate up to four people.

 

 

 

The toilet is equipped with a washlet.

 

 

We provide one dedicated parking space for our guests.
